You can rent our whole building or parts of it, 6 days a week. As well as our meeting rooms, we have a cafe, training kitchen and stunning auditorium
Most of our spaces are accessible and are suitable for:

We are happy to help with running and planning your event and have an experienced event management team on hand when needed. Parking is available at a reasonable cost in nearby public car parks.

Our spaces:
HENRY WARD HALL
Our outstanding concert venue.
Available for hire with the use of our in-house PA system.
( Hire fee includes services of our in-house technician.)
Capacity 300 people seated
CAFE
48 Seated at tables (the inc sofa area)
Licenced area
This is a large room with wooden flooring.
Can be extended to include Mathew’s hall via sliding doors.
CCTV in area, PA system available.
MATHEW’S HALL
The capacity of 40 seated at tables, 70 theatre style
Licenced area
Use it for parties, film shows, and meetings. Projector and projector wall available.
PA system is it is available.
Electric desk for wheelchair users, standing desk, and kneeling posture stool.
JOHN’S ROOM
Sensory / Therapy room. Meeting room. TV and DVD.
10 persons max.
6 high back armchairs, 2 wooden chairs. ( Other chairs available)
LUKE’S LOUNGE
10 persons max.
Sofa and armchair seating, table, and chairs.
Access
Access to auditorium spaces is from Cambridge Road, with two external steps, and three internal. Roll a Ramp available for powered and manual wheelchair users. These areas can also be accessed from Robertson Street using two flights of stairs/stairlifts. Toilets are available on the same floor. All other spaces are accessed from Robertson Street with ramp access available.
